Michael Cullinan is a Technical Advisor with more than 40 years of industry experience across electrical, communications, automation, energy, and information technology. He has held project, technical, and business management roles, bringing deep practical expertise and strategic insight to complex environments. Mike is also an experienced electrotechnology educator, with a strong background in delivering practical training and providing clear technical guidance.
Patrick Healy is a NECA Victoria Technical Advisor and qualified electrician who supports contractors and LEIs across solar, battery, and compliance. Patrick focuses on field-ready interpretations of AS/NZS 3000, 4777, 5033, and 5139, along with the documentation (COES scope, SLD, photos, and tests) that helps speed up inspections and reduce rework.
