How much does your membership cost?

Membership costs depend on the number of people employed by your company. For a detailed description of our subscription rates, please visit here.

How long is the membership term? 

Your initial membership term is for a minimum of 12 months from the date of sign up. You can cancel at any time after this. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

How do I get help?   

Our Member Experience team is more than happy to answer any questions that you may have. You can reach us by calling 1300 300 031 from Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm or via email at [email protected].

How do I update my payment details? 

You can update your direct debit payment details in your member portal. Please log in to see instructions on how to do this. Go to Member Home, FAQs and updating payment details.

I want to cancel my membership, how do I do it?

We would hate to see you go, so maybe a reminder of the services and benefits available to you with your membership can convince you. We recommend you speak with our friendly Member Experience team on 1300 300 031 to discuss your needs.

To cancel your membership, please ensure you are over 12 months from your initial sign up date, per the NECA Terms and Conditions.
