This practical program provides fully funded mentoring and targeted training opportunities for eligible electricians, licensed electrical inspectors and contractors working across solar, batter, EV and broader electrification environments.

As regulatory expectations continue to rise and consumer demand accelerates, staying current and compliant has never been more important. This program offers hands-on, face-to-face technical mentoring to support practitioners in meeting today's standards, while preparing for future industry requirements.

Delivered by experienced industry professionals, the mentoring focuses on real-world scenarios, best practice and practical problem-solving. Participants will gain insights they can apply directly to their day-to-day work, helping reduce risk, compliance outcomes and build technical confidence across emerging technologies.

Mentoring sessions are available for individual participants or small groups, with group sessions capped at a maximum of 6 participants, to ensure a highly interactive and personalised learning experience. This flexible approach allows businesses and practitioners to engage in a way that best suits their operations and learning preferences.
