Through our partnership with Hunterlink, NECA members, their employees, family members, and close contacts can access a comprehensive and confidential support - available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Hunterlink is a not-for-profit Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of workers across Australia and beyond, specialising in mining, electrical, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, and community services.  

Rather than simply reacting to crises, Hunterlink delivers proactive, ongoing services that build safer, more cooperative, and more productive workplaces. They partner closely with businesses to design tailored wellbeing solutions - such as counselling, training, and workshops - that are built around the unique needs of each organisation and its people.  

Whether you're dealing with stress, relationship concerns, burnout, or just feeling overwhelmed, help is always available – and it’s completely free and confidential. Hunterlink operates as a completely independent provider. All sessions and communications are entirely confidential. No personal or identifying information is shared with NECA or your employer unless explicit, informed consent is given. This ensures every individual can access professional support in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
